The 2013 NFL draft is already looking like a fairly lame draft, in historical terms, but it does appear there was an all-time bust taken at No. 3.The Miami Dolphins traded up to the third pick just two years ago to take Oregon defensive end/linebacker Dion Jordan. And through two years Jordan as many NFL suspensions (three) as NFL sacks (three) after it was reported that Jordan was suspended for all of 2015 by the NFL for violating the substance-abuse policy. He won't appeal, ESPN's Adam Schefter said.Jordan's suspension is due to a diluted sample, Schefter said. That counts the same as a failed test. That Jordan won't even appeal is probably a little telling. http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-shutdown-corner/dolphins-draft-bust-dion-jordan-will-miss-all-of-2015-with-another-suspension-172206107.html andThe Philadelphia Inquirer's Jeff McLane reports the Eagles were prepared to send a "conditional late-round pick" to the Dolphins for DE Dion Jordan. The trade was on the verge on happening but fell apart on Tuesday when it was announced Jordan had been suspended for the entire 2015 season. It's quite the fall for the No. 3 overall pick in the 2013 draft. We wouldn't be surprised if Jordan ends up with coach Chip Kelly shortly after his suspension is over.Related: EaglesSource: Philadelphia Inquirer & Daily News
