Dominik "i gutted the team too much"

Was listening to Sirius this morning and he was co hosting with Ross Tucker. They were discussing Cleveland the gut job they are doing this season. Dom started talking about the season he took over  as GM and how they gutted the team in rebuild mode and he gutted it to much and lost too much leadership when doing so. It's at least nice to hear someone admit there screw ups. I dont recall who all they let go or cut that season but found it interesting none the less.
