I sat down with [coach] Bill O'Brien and he told me that this could possibly be a job. So definitely sophomore year of college.Who's your biggest inspiration in the game?Smith: My idols are Jonathan Ogden and Trent Williams. Just how they play. My first pair of cleats really that could fit were from Jonathan Ogden, because my high school is right there by the Ravens' facility. So they had leftover cleats. What has been your biggest challenge in the sport?Smith: You just never know what's going to be thrown at you, honestly, on the field. It's like a scheme thing. So you just never know what the other coach is going to throw at you. What's the best advice you've received about being an NFL player?Smith: Be a pro. In everything that you do, be a pro.
