Dotson has to be given a shot at LT

Collins would be better suited on the right side to chip in with Omameh for some power in the running game.  I like Omameh at RG and he is only going to improve with more playing time.  EDS is replaceable however, so the Bucs should seriously consider replacing him ASAP.The pressing issue heading into the season was OG positions, but it is clearly the LT position.  I am 100% fine with the Bucs rolling into next season with Omameh and Mankins.  But Collins is struggling at LT currently and that has to change, especially for a QB like Glennon.
