Dungy and Shula

Had not heard this before, but according to Rick Stroud in today's Times, it was the Glazers who told him to fire Mike Shula, then the Bucs'  OC. Dungy speculates maybe he should have refused, given he liked Shula and his abilities. Given that, I have to wonder if the Glazers also made the same demand of Schiano regarding his OC, Mike Sullivan, and Schiano refused. Many here have said Schiano should have been given another year, as most of the controversy surrounding him were not of his doing...
