He seems to be kicking the butt of his NFL counterparts. Licht, please interview him. I'm not complaining about our staff, but this guy helped multiple players get ELITE results. 1 or 2 guys... maybe it's luck, but he helped a variety of guys secure a draft slot in the NFL... guys who probably wouldn't have gotten a sniff. These are the behind the scenes type of hires that can make every player better.
Not trying to knock McCoy, but he sure seems winded by the end of games and our trenches could benefit from increased strength.
