I'm just thinking about how the Eagles could get to #1... the only way I see it happening could be if the Eagles were to work a 3-way deal out, with the Bucs moving to #2, the Titans getting a huge haul of picks to move down and the Eagles getting the top spot. Yes I know what you're saying, why bother moving to #1 if you can get to #2... well in this scenario the Bucs would ONLY talk up Winston and mention Mariota in passing - this is classic reverse physiology and it would make the Eagles think the Bucs are for certain drafting Mariota and get them paranoid. Or the Bucs could just simply really start talking up Mariota and saying they're going to take him, they still have 7 weeks to get the hype machine going.Anywho in this case perhaps you make the deal with the understanding that Philadelphia takes Mariota and for moving back a pick the Bucs get like a 3rd rounder or something. Yes on the NFL chart they'd "deserve" to get more, but regardless if they know and have an agreement on the Philly pick, it would just be a free draft pick so who cares about the chart.That is the only way I see something working out where Philadelphia can move all the way up - and if Philly is willing to move up to #2, then you should scare them to death that you're going to take their guy.
