@firebowles2026 - It’s unlikely we’ll see a return close to a second-round pick for Winfield. As he enters his seventh season, it’s clear he’s not going to get any faster, and his range has never been a strength of his. I appreciate his contributions, but his cap hit exceeds his on-field value at this stage.

Keep the draft picks, move T. Smith back to NCB, move Parrish to boundary CB to compete with McCollum and Morrison. Roberts is your new LDE replacing Hall.
From free agency the Bucs nab two veteran ILB, a veteran DT with more size over Gaines and a veteran safety to play next to Winfield Jr to help him and guide him as a coach on the field. Add a TE that is more dynamic in the passing game and Durham is your true #2 TE with Culp as your #3.
For the draft the Bucs would draft two OLB in rounds 1 and 2 and draft the best available guard in round 3. Round 4 the Bucs add another DT to solidify the middle.
The middle of the Bucs on offense and defense were weak in 2025 so addressing DT, OG, S and ILB is of upmost importance.

This would work. I would only add that they would probably grab an OLB in FA if they can find one
