I'd first like to say I'm in the camp favoring a drop down to the 10-15 range to secure another 2nd & 3rd this year and another 2nd/3rd in 2020 if Bosa/Allen/Williams are gone.
Assuming (for this mock case) we can't find a dance partner in NY, Miami, Denver or elsewhere I think the most glaring prospect that shows up once every 1/2 decade or so isn't a DE, LB or CB. It's Quinnen Williams!
I see the first 4 picks going: #1 Murray #2 Haskins (Giants) #3 Bosa #4 Allen
And @ pick #5 I see the Tampa Bay Buccaneers selecting Quinnen Williams
I'm OK if Allen falls to us but after QBs go 1/2 and the Jets pounce on Bosa I think Jonny Boy needs his Khalil Mack replacement and goes Allen.
After watching Williams tape and combine his combination of speed, power, instincts and aggression reminds me of a certain prostitute loving HOF'er I'll pass on mentioning.
Aaron Donald is the only more explosive DT prospect in the last decade, but he was undersized...not the case with Williams...6-4 300lbs and running 4.8 is scary, change the game in a blink potential.
It's hard to see him make it to 5, but if he does I hope J.L. runs a 4.8 to turn in the card.
