This team needs to start from scratch. Remember the 2004 season? The Bucs blew it up and started over in 2005 and looked like a respectable team again. Sure the mirage fell part in 2006..but 2007 and 2008 seasons the Bucs looked semi competent at least.Licht made the same mistake Allen did year 1, and that is assume you can win now taking over a struggling team.
