ESPN came out with a list today, ranking the most and least improved NFL teams after an offseason filled with changes.

On top of the list were teams like the Cleveland Browns, Buffalo Bills and New York Jets, all of whom had huge offseasons, from coaching changes to bringing in new talent. The Browns, especially, jumped to the top of the list thanks to their acquisition of wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr.

So, how did the Tampa Bay Buccaneers fare on the list? Well, not as great as fans would hope. Even though they managed to bring Bruce Arians out of retirement and get Todd Bowles to be their new defensive coordinator, the Buccaneers still found themselves 25th on this list.

Their key additions were listed as DT Ndamukong Suh, LB Devin White and LB Deone Bucannon, while their key losses were DT Gerald McCoy, LB Kwon Alexander and WR Adam Humphries.

So why the low ranking?
