I think he'll get it. He needed the monster game yesterday and facing DAL next week, he should be in for another 100 yard type day. Jamar Chase just had 14 for 177 two weeks ago. Then the last two games won't be much of a sweat.
On Evan's long TD on the scramble play, Mayfield is LATE getting the ball to Evans because he's trying to direct the underneath guys open (I think) but watch the play, especially the view from the end zone.
Harbaugh probably wants to cut the rookie CB because he tries to knock Evans down rather than wrap him up. Terrible defensive play and great job by Evans to capitalize.
Another great thing on this play is, of course, WIRFS. He blocks two guys initially who are stunting and then gets out in front of Mayfield to give him time. What a great player.

That 37 yard frozen rope from Baker, hitting Mike in the hands at full stride, was my favorite play! I was up & out of my chair as soon as I saw Baker launch that missle. Mike’s late hands were incredible! It was an absolute LASER kill-shot.My favorite play of the game. Mayfield looked Mahomesian on that one.
Baker is targeting Evans at 47% in the first quarter - everyone is trying to get Mike his 1k - incredible to watch.
I don’t even know if Mike is 100% yet, but that game sure looked like he’s in the high 90’s…Jalen McMillan will have to keep up the heat for Mike to get there - it looks like he’s ready.
Keeping Bucky on the field is also necessary.., lots of moving parts here.

I was always pro Mike and I put him right behind Derrick on our mount rushmore, but can’t argue we missed on Donald, everyone but Rams did!
About another 1k seson, as long as we play for the playoffs I do not care and I am pretty sure Mike is with me.
Is he going to get it? No clue but I think if he is after it he needs to do it in next two games. saints will quadruple him and lose by fifty only to stop him doing it! they are by far the biggest evil in this league!!

I had no idea Donald would be as dominant of a player from the interior that he was. I really don't think anybody did or he would have gone much higher. I still say he was the best defensive lineman we've seen since Reggie White. About as high a compliment as I can give the dude.
