Bucs wide receiver Mike Evans draws a pass interference penalty against Dallas Cowboys cornerback Morris Claiborne.DIRK SHADD Bucs WR Mike Evans leads the team in receiving yards, but he's also leading in a less appreciated statistic -- in the last three games, he's picked up more than 100 yards by getting opposing defensive backs called on four pass interference penalties.On Sunday, a deep ball to Evans drew a 45-yard pass interference penalty on the Cowboys' Morris Claiborne, and in the Bucs' win in Atlanta, Evans drew interference penalties on Marcus Trufant on back-to-back plays, the second for 39 yards, then added a 16-yard gain on a pass interference penalty on the game-winning drive in overtime.Is there a skill to receivers drawing penalties on deep balls? Evans smiled when asked Wednesday."Some people act it out. It's like basketball, when you're trying to get a foul, when you just throw your body up," said Evans, himself a two-sport star in high school in Galveston, Texas. "I try to do that sometimes. We knew the Cowboys were going to hold. They're a holding team, they're a very physical team. We knew they were going to do that, and luckily, we got some calls."Asked if he's taken any drama classes along the way, Evans said he hadn't."I watch a lot of NBA," he said.
