Ever since Rich McKay

Parted ways with the Bucs this team has had puppet GMs that pretty much gave their HC's whoever they wanted in the draft and free agency.  We are all familiar with the success rate of that approach over those last 12 years or so.  It ain't working.  Now McKay wasn't perfect by any means but you can't argue that the best teams we ever had were built under him and he firmly believed in the "coaches coach, Front Office finds the talent" approach.  Maybe it's time to go back to that.
