Can we trade a first for a better headcoach?Worked last time...
we are only 7 or 8 good players away from getting back to being average.
So once we are healthy then? Nicks, Williams, Martin, and James make this offense at least average. Meaning draft a couple guys and we are above that.

Every other team is drafting as well

Sure, but just getting healthy this offense is at least average talent wise. That is at the least. We are getting a new coaching staff as well. So again something else that will improve this team hopefully. Glennon with an offseason as the starter. Offseason to bring in talent. Same thing for other teams of course. This team had potential, but not the coaching to reach it.
Even if we had 32 first round picks, it wouldn't make schiano a better coach. He would be an 8 win coach. ..What? I'm doubling his previous record..
I wonder what Dominik thinks of this article? It's an indictment on Dominik that we have so many needs after 5 years of rebuilding. John Elway plugged more holes in 2 years than Dominik has in 5. Elway is a real GM and not just a puppet like Dominik. Big difference. On offense we need OG x2 and QB and TE. On defense we need a great RDE and that is all. We should be able to fill these holes in the draft and free agency. RDE Clowney or free agent. Draft a few OG and sign a free agent OG as well. TE Eric Ebron will be a beast. Glennon Cannon? Would love Bortles or McCown to compete.
