Thought so. The overreactions aren't as outrageous as I thought they were going to be. I'm proud of some of you. We played terribly today. It is what it is, I don't expect us to be this bad, but the truth of the matter is we have little pass rush, and an OL that is mostly young and needs time to gel with a rookie QB at that. Some of you guys need to relax. It isn't always going to be pretty, but we need to give it time. We aren't going to be that competitive for about another year or two. That is the truth of it all. Mariota played well, some of you bashed him. Others liked him and Winston both, but he played well. He'll probably have a rookie game in a few weeks, and Winston will have a game most likely. It remains to be seen if we will ever win a game at home. There's a lot to be worked out, but it's game one of sixteen. Winston made some obvious mistakes and stared down people a lot, which he tends to do sometimes. Don't lose your minds over this. The Seahawks and Colts are also 0-1.
