MONICA HERNDON | Times As fans get their first glimpses of offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter's system during training camp, one of his former quarterbacks said Bucs fans should expect big things from their new play caller."I think he's brilliant," said Andrew Walter, who played in the NFL from 2005-09.Walter played under Koetter at Arizona State from 2001-04. Under Koetter, Walter set a Pac-10 record with 85 touchdowns and broke school marks in career passing yards, completions, attempts and total offense before becoming a third-round draft pick."I love Dirk," said Walter, who appeared in 15 games for the Oakland Raiders. "He took Matt Ryan early in his career and made him a great player..."I think he's a great mind, a heck of a fun guy to be around. He's another one that gets quarterbacks and has a feel for the game."
