AJ McCarron or Aaron Murray in the 2nd round and add either Matt Flynn or Chad Henne as a fall back if Glennon doesn't progress in the off season.

I just threw up a little. McCarron = Glennon. Murray is his own breed of average barring a switch being flipped. The other guys. Ugh.

I'm feeling a wildcard like Stephen Morris in the late rounds. NFL arm and mobile. He had a great Junior year but a subpar Senior year with a new offense, injuries and losing his starting WR and RB. Only thing he may be lacking is the capacity to learn Tedfords offense. Wouldn't mind gambling a 6th round pick on him and let him study for a full season.

Trade Glennon straight up for Tyrod Taylor and then draft Manziel or Bortles if one falls to us. If neither falls to us, roll with Taylor. If he fails as a starter.....then we go hard after Mariota or Winston next year.

Taylor could be good when he finally gets his shot, however I'm hesitant to pony up even a 4th rounder this year in what looks like a draft class deep with talent, especially amongst the underclassmen. And since we are already down a 3rd rounder, we really have to treat our remaining picks like juicy gold nuggets. Also despite the fact that flacco and glennon seem to be cut from the same cloth in terms of style and attributes, i don't see ozzie being interested in him. I see him sticking to his guns with taylor as his curveball/fallback on offense. Unless someone goes all crazy and offers a 2nd rounder, in which case ozzie would gladly take that to the bank

You might be right because they have been using him more as special plays made just for him....but it doesn't hurt to try. Taylor is in the last year of his rookie contract and they will likely lose him and gain nothing if they hold onto him. They are already so tight with the cap that they are talking about letting go of T-Sizzle this offseason, so there is a good chance they are willing to move Taylor. If they took the straight up swap for Glennon, they would have their dirt cheap back up QB locked up until 2017...which has to be tempting to a team in such a tough cap situation. And like you mentioned, Glennon is much more like Flacco than Tyrod is. It would make sense for them.As far as them wanting a 2nd round pick....I don't see it. Everyone seems to think all these back ups like Taylor, Cousins, and Mallett are worth 2nd round picks....but none of them have done anything to earn that type of value. Maybe these guys are worth 3rds just because they are QBs and there is always value in a young unknown QB with potential...but I don't see any of them fetching a 2nd rounder. For me, Tyrod showed some special abilities in college. He has the mobility and awareness to scramble and make something out of nothing. He showed excellent accuracy at times and always threw well on the run. He was undersized and a little raw when he was drafted...but he has had 3 years of NFL coaching from an excellent club. It is feasible that he would now thrive as a starter. It's a long shot, but I will keep my fingers crossed.

As much as you bash Glennon you seem to be admitting that he has decent trade value . Taylor is no slouch.

Taylor was a 6th round pick. Glennon was a 4th....and he is a much better fit for what they do in Baltimore. It's that simple.

Glennon was a 3rd . Do you really not know where our own players were drafted ?? LOL...and a lot more goes into it than just former draft position . Brady was a 6th rounder also , and I'm pretty sure we aren't trading Glennon for him . I think the Ravens are probably pretty pleased with what they have in Taylor as a prospect. Just because his game isn't a carbon copy of Flacco probably matters very little to them , so long as he can run the same offense efficiently , which he has in preseason games. Could it happen ?? I guess , if both sides really wanted it .....but I don't see Ozzie or Lovie being very motivated to do this .  I especially don't see Lovie bothering with it if he plans on drafting another QB anyways , like your plan lays out.. Glennon would be awesome to have as a backup , and Tyrod is probably more of a gamble if you need him as a starter considering he's never done it.

Not in favor of using a draft pick on any QB prospect that can't be reasonably expected to win the starting position eventually.

No , Stedman Bailey was a 3rd round waste. 1 TD on a reverse against a Sullivan defense does not a good player make.

Thats a pretty bad list. The best is Vick if he goes to a team with a real good Oline
