Thoughts:
SR says the Bucs won't tag Winston, either franchise or transition. He doesn't clarify whether he's just speculating based on what everybody has heard from Arians, or if he obtained some more clarity on this behind the scenes. I'm thinking SR knows from talking to his sources at the combine that Winston will not be tagged. Good, because as I've posted before it would be a mess.
SR thinks that Licht could be talking up Howard in advance of trading him. SR thinks he would be worth a 2nd round pick. That's exactly what I projected earlier in a mock draft. If the Bucs get a 2nd that could be used to draft a RB or OG who could be plugged in right away.
Looks like Suh will be around for another year. The draft takeaway is that if that happens Kinlaw won't be the Bucs pick. Even if Suh's contract is just for a year, the Bucs want their 1st round pick to play and they wouldn't draft Kinlaw to sit behind Suh and Vea.
