Mocking another's TD "dance" is all part of gamesmanship. Adding a little attitude is fine imo.As far as the hat thing straight forwards or backwards is fine but wearing it turned slightly means different things in different parts of the country. It can identify what gang you belong to or several other things. In some places having your hat turned to the wrong side- or either side- can get you shot. Somebody like Kap is a role model for a lot of little kids and should avoid any of those types of affiliations (even if he does do it just because he thinks its cool).
