Didn't realize how bad they were. They have given up the most yards in the NFL so far this season (almost 950 through TWO games), and their pass rush is even worse than ours, they don't have a sack yet this year. Our first two games we went up against two of the best pass rushing defenses in the league, so this should help out our offense. The o-line played much better in game 2 so let's hope they can continue to gel against a weak Falcons defense. Am I being crazy here by thinking the offense COULD (not saying it WILL) put up close to 30 points on Thursday? McCown should have lots of time to throw and we've seen what scrub QB's can do when you have all day to sit in the pocket in our first 2 games. If the defense can prevent big plays from Julio and Roddy, maybe we could have a shot at winning this thing. I'm sure McCown and this team will let me down like always, but I'm just trying to find hope somewhere and hang on to this team. If the offense can't move things against this pathetic Falcons defense, I'm not really sure if I can be positive the rest of the year.
