How did we lose twice to this team? (Rhetorical question Todd Bowles).
This game they'd lose to 30 NFL teams. Awful.
BS roughing call at the end here.
Seems like the NFL wants Raiders first pick and they take Sanders and Deion coaches. Perfect storm.
Raiders getting the ball back. They win and the division is basically ours
first loss was inexcusable and even then if lavonte doesn't take that INT we win would have won. the worst thing, it might cost us playoffs in the end. hopefull not!
raiders are hopeless btw. we gave them the gime several times last week and they simply gave it back to us

LMAO! Still blaming David for that INT
dude it was the offense at the end where we had a fumble, a holding call, etc. All we needed was a field goal to ice the game and the offense went full Hellen Keller
Dont get me wrong, the defense was ass cheeks that night but David was hardly to blame
shit happens. i mean look at us versus the Saints in both our Super Bowl seasons. Some times a team has got our number. This year, the Falcons did
its good to see the defense resembling NFL quality the last few games.
That game was 95% on the offense, 5% the conservative play calling at the end plus missed face mask plus fumble plus hold
Obviously, would’ve loved for the Raiders to have helped us out.
But, we control our own destiny. Just win out and take care of business.

My gut says we lose one more. Dallas feels like a trap game. They got both their corners now.
If ever there was a game to hyper run heavy, this is it imo.
Its so hard to get both sides of the ball to be excellent - consistently (year-in/year-out) for multiple years. The draft & salary cap are set up to make it difficult. Your front office has to be as good as the product on the field or you have to sacrifice one side of the ball. It’s an observation that a compromise way thru a period like this is that successful team have navigated this by focusing one side of the ball becoming elite - and maintaining the other side to NFL average.shit happens. i mean look at us versus the Saints in both our Super Bowl seasons. That was the goal - but it gets exposed when the NFL-average side of the ball suffers injuries. Even if talent were equL, losing key players drops performance to below average.
Thats where I think we are. It’s why I said at the beginning of the season that we’re probably a year out from being able to compete for a Super Bowl - but sometimes you get opportunities before you’re at full-strength. If we can maintain this level/style of play we can do some damage in the playoffs.
Makes the final 3 games exciting - probably more so than they should be. What Dallas did to Carolina was eye-opening, but we match up better and have things gelling at the right time!
It kind of feels that way to me too - but if McMillan can keep taking some heat off Mike - and as you said, we can lean on the run game again - should be a great matchup.Obviously, would’ve loved for the Raiders to have helped us out.

Yep, more exciting than it needs to be, for sure.

Dallas is totally a trap game now that we beat the Chargers

I simply can‘t swallow that game, but I will if we get into the playoffs. About Lavonte, he does not match that stereotype of stupid pumped football player, therefore such a mistake hurts even more. I remember Derrick batting down easy fourth down INT at least a couple of times, so guess I‘m spoiled. once vs. vikings he even had at least 30 yds space in front of him but he still did it and we won that game!
P.S. the only play I will never swallow is that all out blitz vs. rams …..fire bowles!!! no matter when no matter why!!!
