I would be surprised if we trade for a vet QB, or bring someone out of retirement. FitzMagic, OTOH, who signed with the Redskins last season as a 1-year bridge QB before getting injured, is available, and already has played with some of our receivers, and is a year younger than Rivers. And from a PR perspective, he is popular with the fans and would be great for the locker room.
