Without a shadow of doubt, Jameis had way too many turnovers this year. But his major problem ( I'll call it the Blake Snell Syndrome ), can be fixed. Snell won the Cy Young Award and appeared to be becoming one of the most dominate LHP in MLB. Then something happened and batters were shelling him. Turns out he was telegraphing his pitches
On his quick hitters ( quick outs, skinny posts and quick curls ) Jameis locks in on his receivers. Defenders picked that up in their film study and began jumping those routes. Nearly all his interceptions (particularly the pic-6's ) were a product of this issue. That issue can be fixed. With his arm skills and the talent we have around him, this offense can become frightening. A QB can be taught to look off his receivers.
