Much like the Lightning did, this team needs a complete overhaul. Top to bottom from the owners to the scouts, new logo, new uniforms, new everything. We need a new beginning, we've been a disaster for well over a decade now and it's very clear we are headed nowhere. The Glazers need to do what's right and sell the team, their leadership isn't working and they continue to make poor decisions. Yes this will mean another several horrendous seasons, or maybe not, but it's time. This might be the worst defense this franchise has ever seen, and that's really saying something given the past decade plus the fans of this franchise have endured. Sell the team, trade everyone you can that will bring back any value, gut virtually the entire franchise and start from scratch under new ownership.
