Maybe the Glazers aren’t that bad lol
That’s tough
panthers likely to win now

That was my first thought as well. We all saw how well Oakland played in it's first game after McDaniels was sent packing and how well Pittsburgh's offense played after Canada was given his pink slip.
The main difference between those two situations and this one, I think, is the players hated both McDaniels and Canada. I'm not sure Reich's firing was because of the players. The owner seems to be the main culprit here, at least from what is being reported. It's worth noting the Panthers beat the Bucs 21-3 two weeks after Rhule was fired last season. That's right. An offense with Tom Brady, Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, etc. scored 3 points against a crappy Panthers team last season.
Yeah the common denominator is that bucs wheels have fallen off. Lost 6 of last 7 and that is likely one reason Carolina chose this week to start a fresh - the Todd Bowles factor
Carolina sees this as a good opportunity to start off with a win
something Bucs should have saw with Canales this week
they produced two SB championships for you bux fans, didn't they? be gratefulMaybe the Glazers aren’t that bad lol
Pretty wild story. If true, feel bad for Reich. Will he be right back in the saddle somewhere soon?
he's getting paid and can go on to another team that needs an OC (Bills) and double dip.Pretty wild story. If true, feel bad for Reich. Will he be right back in the saddle somewhere soon?
Now the Panthers have to hire a head coach with no first round pick. Not to mention an owner with a hot temper and a quick trigger finger. That's going to put them at the bottom of the totem pole after the season.
I posted this comment in a different thread, but it's even more appropriate here:
This game could be a problem for the Bucs...
Head Coach undeservedly is fired the week before the game.
Interim Head Coach will unleash fire and brimstone to get his players fired up [pun intended].
Panthers players may feel wronged and may take out their discontent on the Bucs.
Another rookie QB, always a threat to make the Bucs pass defense look like ass.
Absolute must win game for Bowles and the Bucs to stay in contention for the division title in by far the worst division in the NFL.
...I'm concerned.

hard not to be concerned about any game since the bye weeki mean under Bowles you just hope players don’t get hurt in Practice (hall versus Jensen)

sounds like a steve wilks redux

But we lost a playoff game because he sat starters. :-)
So, in other words, Carolina by 7+
Lol.
