As much as a JPP, Bulaga and Iupati would be great it's probably not gonna happen. Here's my list that could take us into the draft with most holes filled and the chance to draft for value. S) Devin McCourty... he's the big pay day but sure would help solidify the secondary.OT) Joseph Barksdale - young, still with upside and relatively cheap. DE) Pernell McPhee - young, cheap(ish) and can pass rush and play the run.CB) Chris Culliver - Really underrated CB who hurt his knee in '13. Therefore seems to be a little under the radar. Bonus - ILB - Jerrel Freeman - Best skill is coverage, just what we need for our D. If we luck out with Perryman, McKinney or Kendricks in the draft then we could move Freeman to SLB. The first 4 signings would let us draft whatever guard we like in the 2nd or 3rd round and be ready to jump on an MLB or pass rusher who might be available.
