Completely hypothetical but who thinks we wanted Conklin?Now what is the future of our RT spot which now days is more important than ever.I liked Conklin a lot to go with Marpet, but it would have created a bit of a log jam at RT and shuffling around the oline, albeit it would have made for an amazing starting 5 and great depth.But the downsides... first it would have meant that we'd be moving on from Dotson who I hope plays well here for another 2-3 years, which buys us some time. Dotson is one of the most respected players in the Bucs locker room & has been a good trooper at a very low salary. I'm rooting for him to get rewarded from us and not another team. And the other downside would have been neglecting the defense in the 1st round once again, and also not picking up the extra 4th.I think it all balances out IMO. Conklin would have been nice, but now the defense has a DB that is a true ball hawk, we've been looking for one for quite awhile. Not only will Hargreaves learn from Grimes personally, but from Ronde as well. Hargreaves has everything lined up for him to have a great career.
