Seeing Glennon flail in the wind on those final few drives yesterday said a LOT. Parity is the name of the game in the NFL, and if you can't even complete a pass on two 2-minute drill drives.. I can't remember the last time we've been that bad.5 incompletions, 2 sacks and a pick to end the game.
I'm sure players give 100% in a lost cause. Down 3 scores after an emotional letdown on the KR I'm not sure what you expect.

Here's the problem I am referring to the last drive we had the ball down 19 points. You clearly talking about something else. But to respond to your statement if you ever played football it's a game that runs off emotion. You think you're getting the ball back down only 9 points then just like that you are let down by a horrible play. Now all of a sudden you're down 16 points. We do not have the coaching to keep the players emotions in check. At the end of the day blame Glennon all you want, but the coaching staff is the worst part of this team. Injuries and lack of talent are the 2nd worst. Play football, study football, and learn football. Those are my suggestions to you.

32. How many great QB's who play from behind most of the time and are still ranked 32, rookie or no rookie? Those QB's rank lower because they are ahead and therefore don't need to pass. But you already knew that, didnt you?
So those are the rankings as far as teams go for passing offense. According to some of these uneducated fans Glennon is bad because we rank 32nd. So Jacksonville has a better QB than Kaepernick and Newton. Apparently Cleveland has a top 10 QB. They shouldn't draft one obviously. Oh and neither should Houston. So again the people bringing up the 32nd ranked pass offense are you sure you want to use that as your reasoning?

San Francisco, Seattle, Carolina, and Kansas City are low in passing yards because they're low in passing attempts. When they do pass the ball, they do it efficiently. Seattle is #3 in QB rating, Kansas City is #10, Carolina is #11, and San Francisco #12.

That may be true but Geno Smith, Terrelle Pryor, Case Keenum, Robert Griffin III, Christian Ponder, and others have some combination of running game, coaching, and defense, and they still stink, so you have to be on your own, too, in addition to having a good supporting cast. Cam Newton's numbers are not significantly better than when he had a horrible defense in other years.

We are 27 in pass attempts so we shouldn't have a ton of yards but unlike those other team it isn't because we are efficient. We have 889 total plays which is 28 overall. We are 24th plays per drive and 31st in yards per drive, 30th in first downs ...but good news we are 14 in time of possession so while we don't go far it takes us a long time to go not far.
