I know many fans are asking for Lovie Smith to go, but one position coach that should get the boot is OL coach George Warhop. Per Greg Aumen of the TB Times, Oniel Cousins was taking first team reps at LT in place of an injured Anthony Collins (Read more here: http://www.tampabay.com/blogs/bucs/anthony-collins-doug-martin-still-sidelined-at-bucs-practice/2204434). This is the same Cousins who lost his RG job to an equally questionable talent Patrick Omameh who had never started an NFL game before this season. This is the same Cousins who was awful playing in a booth. Why Warhop believes that he will be better in space is beyond me. For Warhop to believe that Cousins is better at protecting the blindside than switching Dotson or playing rookie Pamphile is a questionable decision.
