Give me a reason a FA would want to come to Tampa?

Aside from the obvious (getting overpaid) I have to ask if there are any other reasons a good FA would want to come to Tampa Bay. Coaching staff is on the hot seat, the other three teams in the division are better and there is a bad culture. We are a small market team with small market attention. If I was a solid FA I would sign elsewhere to have a chance to win and get better exposure.

Tangential to this thought, my first reaction to the news that Mike would play out his fifth year rather than before extend is to get out after a year or two of playing under a franchise agreement. I don't have any inside information, that was just my gut reaction.
