THE GLAZER FAMILY
The Glazers became the owners of the franchise in 1995 which was Sam Wyche's last season (7-9 in 1995 and 23-41 between 1992-1995) and immediately set about renovating every aspect leading to a return to success.
1995- Rich McKay replaced the Buc’s first ever GM, PHIL KREUGER (91-94) and was the year the debate about whether the franchise would leave Tampa.

Time to get a hobby
Compare Bucs to other small market teams of the same time period and you will find few and far between that have 2 rings
they went all in on Gruden and Brady moves but very rare as some owners going all in more regularly
would hope they don’t wait another 10 years to “make a move”
