Really? Anyone who thinks this is going to work next year is smoking something. I will say this as well Coach thanks, but you continue to be on the hot seat! Some or most of us are not seeing CONSISTENCY. It just isn't working. We know the Glazers have given you a pass because the team has not "laid down" so to speak, but this will not do next year if you are back. Tell us what are you trying to accomplish???.......The several vets we paid for WILL get sick of loosing like this and move on......We don't want 5 more years to move forward!! We need a lot of things next year, but for one we need an ELUSIVE QB that can move out of the pocket and have the 'Spidy" sense when pressure is onWe need a pass rush .....NOT guys running full speed around the backfield, but rarely getting their hands on a QB.....We need help for MC Coy on the D-line.....PASS RUSHI look at Denver and how Payton just makes it look so easy and sits back there taking his time and throwing strikes.....if we are going to have that than we need a better line that can block for more than 3 seconds!!!Ok I'm done venting for now.....but no need to sugar coat things anymore. We need answers and some serious statements from the top at what in the HELL we are doing? May just maybe we need to look at Gruden again I have said it before and maybe go after Jared Allen if we can get him for a decent price......yeah he is getting old but he can still get to the QBI'm out!! This tells me 2 things- 1. The offensive line is blocking well and 2. The recievers are getting somewhat open. Glennon had neither of these today. Don't kid yourself, Peyton is no more athletic than Glennon is.

Our "game plan" of trying to ram Rainey down the 49ers throats and execute slow-developing pass-routes was a far bigger problem than Glennon. Did Sullivan/Schiano SERIOUSLY think this was gonna work??? In the quick pass game we used to score BOTH TD's, Glennon had no problem. Kaepernick with his incredible escapeability can play that style of offense, plus they got a better O'line. Oh, and a guy named Frank Gore...
