to grow as a QB in year 2. This is what was missing last year and what we are still looking for. He has time let it sink in as the season progresses. But that is the "growth" we are all waiting to see.If he stalls and can't make teams pay for sending heat then he has hit that ceiling. If not, he has the potential to be much more than an average QB and possibly top ten.Right now, based on what we have seen the young man isn't there yet.
