However his completion percentage isn't improving from his rookie year and his passing average is roughly similar to his rookie numbers as well.So, Glennon is showing improvement but for most QB's to "turn" that corner completion percentage is important. But especially passing average. Glennon need to climb out of the 6.0 avg into the 7's and 8's.By doing so, the offense will be more productive in the air and a lot less 8 man fronts smothering the running game.Glennon has to see the field better with the intermediate routes and make defenses pay for sending blitzers. This is the frustration we see when we watch Glennon.He is close to "turning" that corner, but he is the one that has to do it.
