I said it last week and once again Glennon is just not cutting it. I know he is a rookie, but I have seen enough. Someone needs to come in and compete for the QB position next year. Glazers if you are reading the fan base is tired of this crap. Please show us you mean business and do the right thing. Take a long hard look at who is coming back and and who is not. Put the same effort in to the draft as you put into going out to get GRUDEN! Coach Schiano is too old school for me and other fans. At the time we needed someone like Schaino to clean up the lack of discipline that was facing this team. As fans we have a RIGHT to voice our opinions so again take a hard loooooong look at WHO you keep and who you let go. In addition take a loooong a look at who you bring in!!! We were told this was win now team. We have the talent in SOME areas.....Players like Revis and Vjax were not brought here to wait 5 more years to get back to the PLAYOFFS!! Mark my words they are gamers and will eventually get sick of loosing and ask to be traded and move on. Ask those two and others playmakers on this team, if stats matter or records.....NO! to them playoff and getting to the big dance is all that matters. If we see this same staff without some significant answers and at least a QB to come in here and compete we will be in the same boat year after year! Back to Glennon- He just can't move out of the pocket like he should. This will not correct itself next year when he is a sophomore!! Glennon my advice for you is in the offseason go find Demps or a track coach and work on your speed out of the pocket. You have to be ready to move fast when the ball is snapped. Patience is good for QB's, but you are too Damnd patient!!I will always be a BUCS fan no matter what, but we can't stand for this with no rhyme or reason for why we are in this situation year after ...f,......ing year!!! enough with the excuses already-GET THIS TEAM BACK TO COMPETE!!!!!I'm OUT-Go Bucs!! He is a capable back up with an accurate arm. It is a shame that our fan base has lowered it's standard to wanting a QB like this to succeed so badly.

I just hope we draft a QB AND the scouting staff do a good job at looking at tape on whomever is there for us....we should have the top 5-7 pick...Was hoping for a pass rusher, but we are back to the lab in drafting a QB and waiting for him to develop or Glennon to get us to 8-8.

Glennon is completely tied to Schiano and Dominik. If the coach and GM are back, Glennon will be the QB. No way Dominik gets to draft two first round QBs and a 3rd rounder. If the admin/staff are replaced I'd say it's likely Glennon will be a backup.

Yep we're with ya! MOBILITY or a world class O-line like Brady/Manning/Brees even Cam...dang it Cam had a mediocre line but can scramble just enough... Gonna be another long week and offseason!! I even have heard that Glennon compares to Ryan...or that they're college coaches see the same in the both of them....But Ryan is much better....Jarad Allan should be sought after in FA...

Nothing wrong with Glennon that a competent coaching staff can't sort out. You all like bleating that Glennon is awful yet fail to see that the O Scheme is the major factor in why our O sucks. No rookie Qb next year is going to suddenly make this team better with this awful pre historic scheme. It's time for Schiano to go and a competent staff, with a scheme that actually suits the strength of the players, to be implemented.
