Ayers, Jaq Smith (who is always injured), and a rookie in Spence. That's it.
Gholston is NOT a pass rusher, enough is enough we know he's very good at stopping the run. But this team and the fans need to realize that Gholston does not count as someone who can pressure the QB consistently. He can set the edge on runs and rush inside, that's who he is and it's clear as day. Good player to have but on pass rushing downs you need more.
Jason Licht gets a huge giant F for having only 3 pass rushers on this roster, doing the same thing as Dominik, which is not STACKING up on DE's. This team could of signed Vernon, Mario Williams, Bruce Irvin, Chris Long, or even Dwight Freeney. Chandler Jones was also available via trade. Or how about not drafting Aguayo and pick a DE instead. But no... we decided to go paper thin once again at a position that is ALWAYS an issue for us, year in and year out. When can we get a GM to value the pass rush?
Licht just seems like a small upgrade over Dominik at this point. And Dominik was a great guy but awful GM.
