Great Question about Marcus Mariota on the Radio Yesterday

Not hating on Mariota, but I think this is a great question. I didn't come up with it, someone called Ron and Ian with it yesterday (Ian ramble about Mariota but didn't answer the question). If Mariota is a bust, will teams stop drafting spread option QB's with early round picks? None have really worked out yet, and Mariota seems like the guy to either break that trend or prove it to be more than a trend and just the way things are.
