Great year to be looking for a TE?

Idk if TE is a good idea in the first round but I do want our first round pick in 2017 to be a weapon for Winston. We cut our losses with our talented but no-show TE ASJ, and it just so happens that this years top college TE, O.J. Howard, is probably the best TE prospect the drafts had to offer in a long time. He looks like the type of Receiving TE that lots Of teams just don't have answers for.
