Somewhere Gruden must be asking himself that how in the hell did they fire me for these two clowns that they have brought in after me. Gruden for Morris and Schiano, what the hell.

Gru knows why. The simple answer is, the glazers are assclowns.

Gruden was also a terrible coach, so that's another reason.

If I remember correctly, they waited a few weeks to fire Gruden didn't they? Hopefully they make a quick decision on Schiano because we can't afford to miss out on the top candidates

The Bucs are better off going 4-12 and getting a player than repeatedly going 9-7 and accomplishing nothing.

Yeah they waited. It was stupid and costly. Never really understood it.

Two things:1. Like it or not, 9 will always be a larger, and a more respectable number than 4.2. We can go 0 and 16 and it doesn't matter draftwise where you're drafting. talent is found all over draft, not just the first round.

We are in better shape for 2014 right now because we went 4-12 rather than 9-7.

If we had gone 9-7 we would be stuck with Rutgers. We would have missed the playoffs. We would have a more challenging 2014 schedule and lastly we would be drafting in an area that is statistically more likely to produce a bust.

I bet Cowboy fans are pretty thrilled with their three consecutive "respectable" 8-8 seasons

Taking an RB top 5, especially one from the SEC is a dicey move. Auburn and Alabama have workhorse RB systems so by the time the players get to the NFL there are quite a few miles on those tires. I loved Caddy, always will, that guy had heart.
