Has it been figured out what Winston's problem actually is gameplay-wise?

What causes these massive amounts of interceptions?

1. IMO I think he has made up in his mind pre-snap of who he is throwing the ball too. If that guy is covered he forces it. He always has said he feels he can make every throw.

2. When the pocket breaks down he gets ancy in the pocket and will try to force it to his first read or just throw it up for grabs to make a play before he takes a sack.

3. Of course his deep ball accuracy issues hold him back the most. Teams have figured this out and are playing middle to short routes. Linebackers sit back in coverage and pick him off. If he was more accurate at the deep ball and felt more comfortable going through his progressions then he could literally be unstoppable.
