With one qtr to go (maybe OT), the season is already over. The future of the franchise is Jameis. If he becomes a winner, so do the Bucs. If he sinks, so do the Bucs.

I do not wanna go to much into the stats thing because even though he played for TB in 15 and 16, different players and performances. I want to debate he solely relying on film tape.

I just wanna know if anybody feels like Jameis has improved on his weaknesses he had in his rookie season.
To me, the most were.

- bad technique
- inconsistent and slow starter
- inaccurate passer on any level
- forcing too much
- too many turnovers

To me, looking just at film tape, I don´t see any improvement in any of these areas. He still is cold as ice at the beginning, forces too many throws and is too high on a lot of throws.

Still, when he´s hot, he´s hot like Death Valley. But when he´s cold, he´s colder than Antarctica.

I thought a 2nd year in the system and in much better shape would do wonders. I am slighly disappointed. Not everything is on Winston, a lot too on Koetter for coaching and playcalling and Licht for refusing to sign help.
