Has there been a power shift?

There are subtle signs that maybe Licht may have more power then he did last year.  It could be lessons learned or a dozen other things, but the approach this year is much different.  Lovie's QB is gone and so are the two players he was so proud to sign.  Although we were assured that he was there, no sign of Lovie during the Winston visit.  Lovie is not going to Mariota's pro day but Licht and several others are. When Licht arrived, many talked about how he was just a puppet of Lovie's. I wonder if after the abysmal season if the Glazers shifted the balance of power at all.  The big question is, if they are split on the QB, who has the veto?
