In. that ESPN powr rankign the NFC is
Eagles
Lions
Commanders
Rams
Packers
Vikings
Bucs
On the surface, this is fair.
Lions need to overcome new coordinator
Commanders have to keep Daniels healthy with a year of tape
Rams have a very old team at skill positions and I'll be shocked if Kyren Williams stays healthy.
Packers are massively overrated but have a good enough coach to win 8-11 games
Vikings have to run with a rookie QB. Aaron Jones a year older. Winning all their close games.
Bucs have an older Evans and Godwin coming off injury. The defense got marginally better but we have the worst head coach of the group.
NFC looks wide open to me.
I think Cardinals are a sleeper next year.
top 5 offenses chase Daniels
My Top 5 NFC Offenses: (Post Draft) 1) Eagles 2) Lions 3) Rams 4) Commanders 5) Bucs
There is an overreaction to the Commanders in my opinion. I really like their team but they with the offseason and so much reliance last season on Daniels, I think they fall back a bit. The Lions had their wide opened window last season and couldn't stay healthy. They fall back a bit as well as they adjust to a new OC and all the other off-season player/personel losses. Saquan won't hit last years #s but I do think the Eagles adjust for that. They deserve to be the clear favorites in the NFC (we do own them though). Rams will always be scrappy. I think it's Philly, Rams, Tampa in the NFC this season.
