Arians - Team President
Freddie Kitchens - Head Coach
Todd Bowles - Defensive Coordinator
I just posted a thread on why we may not want to hire Arians as HC. But hiring him as a team president would be different.
It's far more likely this happens in Cleveland but just for the sake of discussion, if Brown town goes with McDaniels or Lincoln Riley or someone like that, how would you guys react to the above scenario here in Tampa?
Freddie Kitchens is highly respected as an offensive mind and players love him, but he is somewhat inexperienced, at least in play calling and running an entire club. With Arians in a president role, aiding Kitchens along his first couple years, and more experience by way of Todd Bowles, Kitchens would be well supported in Tampa, as he attempts to become the next Sean McVay.
What do you guys think?
