1. His 4.3 ypc is not impressive. Irving and Tucker combined for 5.6 ypc. This is an elite offensive line.
2. His rushing EPA was -0.11. For RBs with 50 carries that was 47th out of 70. Sean Tucker was 1st and Bucky Irving was 6th. Irving and Tucker are much better backs and White having a negative EPA behind this offensive line is inexcusable.
3. The Receiving Myth. Yea he's got good pass game skills, both blocking and receiving. But guess what? It doesnt matter. When White had 2 or less targets the Bucs were 7-0 with 35 points per game. 6 or more targets? Bucs were 1-5 with 24 points per game. Games with 25+ receiving yards? 2-4.
4. The Saints game. We saw what the offense without White looks like and it was spectacular. 44 offensive points. Tucker and Irving combine for 7.8 ypc, 297 total yards and 3 TDs. The offense should run 50% through Irving and Tucker runs.
