After looking over this free agent class, this is without a doubt the most questionable and unskilled group of free agents, in some time. Due in large part to a continual climbing of the salary cap, most teams are better managing to keep their young talent signed. Licht and company need to identify their own core of impending free agents that they covet and work on resigning known entities or explore trades whenever possible - look for bargains and schematic fits - sift through cap causalities. But stay out of the first week of free agency - the risk far outweigh the rewards.

Last year Licht managed to pick up a bunch of bargains, by letting the open market settle and stabilize - the one miss was from the opening week of free agency - if Licht truly self-scouts - he will see his swing for the fences approach has backfired every time - he has hit big by making a concerted effort to find fits after the dust settles and via trades.

Cap Causality Brent Grimes, Joe Hawley,
Trade Logan Mankins
Bargin Robert Ayers, Clinton McDonald, Bryan Anger
Role Players Josh Robinson, Daryl Smith

Misses all from opening week of free agency
Michael Johnson
JR Sweezey
Anthony Collins
Alterruan Venrer
Evan Smith
