How confident are you in Grimes and Ayers?

It's interesting to observe how there has not been a lot of talk about our FAs when predicting the bucs draft picks. The Bucs went out and grabbed starters at two major needs. How confident do you feel in these guys in terms of contributing? Are we looking at the next Micheal Johnson in Ayers? Or can these guys be Vincent Jackson type pick ups? If both of these guys can come in and play at solid level, we are looking at a vastly improved defense.
