How do the Bucs view Evans?????

How do the buccaneers view Evans first of all he is not in the same class with Brown an Jones an I don't believe he is in the class with Odell or Hopkins class either so the question is do he deserve to be paid like those players all of them are franchise changers .Now I know a lot of bucs fans believes Evans is great but truth be told he doesn't have great hands he doesn't get speration in his routes no speration will get worst as he gets older so with that being said I feel as the Jeffrey contract is right there for Evans not elite but not the worst as bucs fans what do you think
