If you went to a Casino for the weekend and won $2,000 on Friday night... Do you now look at that money as "house money" when you play on Saturday or do you look at it as your down $2,000 if you lose it back Saturday? I look at it as house money.. I am playing on the casino's dime if I am up 2k the first night. My wife looks at it as we lost our money if I lose the house money back the next day. That is really what we are talking about with the pick of K Roberto Aguayo. We all know we picked up a "free" draft pick in the 4th round, when we moved back two spots to take the same guy we would have drafted at #9 (saving $1.4M by the way). If we would have picked K Roberto Aguayo in the third round with our third round pick would there still be all this uproar? (btw, keep in mind that those defensive guys you wanted at the end of the second are no longer there). If you look at it as house money, you could see it was really just moving up 15 spots and using our 3 round pick sooner, being that we had the house money pick. If you lose back a profit is it now a loss?
